Discovery: P.J. Proby—Somewhere

Brenda Lee’s “Christmas Will Be Just Another Lonely Day” is another one that made the Billboard Christmas Singles chart.  And Vic Mizzy’s “Addams Family” theme song didn’t make Billboard at all.  The others were all Hot 100 hits, and all will get very close here to what they did there--with the exception of the Discovery, P.J. Proby's version of the "West Side Story" song "Somewhere," which will reach number 16 here but only got to number 91 in Billboard.

The Beatles’ “I Feel Fine” is in its fourth week at number one, but this week it is alone, with its b-side “She’s a Woman” not being listed along with it.  It’ll be back next week.
