Tymes--Twelfth of Never

No Discovery.

This is the only week on the survey for “Twelfth of Never” by the Tymes, but that’s one more week than it spent on the Billboard charts.  All the other debuts this week were Hot 100 hits, and all were bigger hits at KJR, though not all by significant margins: “Keep Searchin’” (9/8), “You’ll Always Be the One I Love” (64/5), “I’m Gonna Love You Too” (56/16), “Thou Shalt Not Steal” (13/3), “Paper Tiger” (23/5), and “He’s My Guy” (63/22).

The Henry Mancini record goes back to having just the a-side listed this week;  next week both sides will again appear and will do so for its remaining time on the survey.
