Only five debuts this week; four were Top 20 hits in Billboard; three will be so here as well, the exception being Al Martino’s “Spanish Eyes” (15BB/27KJR).  The other is “Little Sally Walker,” the only appearance on the survey by the Bandits, from upscale Seattle suburb Mercer Island.  It will peak at number 39 in a few weeks.
