The second column is the peak position in the Fabulous Fifty, and the third column is the peak position at Billboard.

This chart makes more sense than the 1966 year-end chart.  All of these records actually reached their peak positions during 1968, and the only records that reached the top two during the year that are not listed here are the ones that were in the top three positions on the final survey of the year: Dusty Springfield’s “Son-of-a Preacher Man,” Leapy Lee’s “Little Arrows,” and Bobby Vinton’s “I Love How You Love Me.”
