“Shoot ‘Em Up, Baby” shoots up from number 24 to number 6.

As usual, Paul Revere & the Raiders will do better in Seattle than nationally: “Cinderella Sunshine,” a number 58 BB hit, will make it to number nine here.

Derek’s bubblegum “Cinnamon” (or should I say “cinnamon bubblegum”?), got to number eleven in Billboard and will be number two for two weeks here.  The low-key psychedelia “Smell of Incense” by Dallas group Southwest F.O.B. will get to number 15 here, versus its number 56 showing in Billboard.  Chicago soul-horn-rock “Soul Drippin’” only got to number 85 in BB, while here it’ll make number 42.

And I’d just like to mention that “1432 Franklin Pike Circle Hero” was a big favorite of 9-year-old me.
