“Atlantis” sinks into the sea, dropping off the survey from last week’s number eleven position.

Glen Campbell’s “Where’s the Playground Susie” gets flipped over this week, with that song being replaced on the survey by its b-side, “Arkansas,” which will drop off next week.  (“Arkansas” was not a Billboard hit.)

Twelve debuts this week, including “Arkansas.”  One other did not make Billboard, Cilla Black’s big UK hit “Surround Yourself With Sorrow,” which will get no higher than its number 42 debut slot.  Two of them only Bubbled Under at BB: “It Didn’t Even Bring Me Down” by the Sir Douglas Quintet, which was number 108 nationally and will go to number 34 here next week, and Hugo Montenegro’s version of “Happy Together,” which will also peak at number 34 here and only got to number 112 in Billboard.

Most of the other debuts will do about as well here as nationally, with the exceptions being “I Can’t Quit Her” by the Arbors (67BB/28KJR) and the Turtles’ “You Don’t Have to Walk in the Rain” (51/13).
