Lulu’s “Me the Peaceful Heart” peaked at number 15 last week, but it drops off the survey this week.  Last week’s number 20 and 25 songs are also gone this week.

“Goodbye Baby” by Tommy Boyce & Bobby Hart returns to the survey this week after three weeks’ absence; it’s at the same spot it was before it left, number 37.

Patti Page’s version of Glen Campbell’s “Gentle on My Mind” was a number 66 hit at Billboard; here, it’ll slowly inch up from its number 33 debut position to number 26 five weeks from now, then fall off the survey.  Bobby Vee’s medley of “My Girl” and “Hey Girl” made number 35 in Billboard, while it’ll get to number six here.  Stevie Wonder’s “Shoo-Be-Doo-Be-Doo-Da-Day” (9 BB/38KJR) and the Intruders’ “Cowboys to Girls” (6/30) will fall far short of their national success.
