Only four debuts this week, so I’ll go through them all.

The Jackson Five’s “ABC,” number one for two weeks in Billboard, will stop at number seven in its fifth week on the survey, but it will fade very slowly and end up with 17 weeks overall.

The Guess Who’s “American Woman,” number one for three weeks nationally, will get to number four here.  Starting with its fourth week, its b-side, “No Sugar Tonight,” will be listed along with it.

“Up the Ladder to the Roof” is the first single by the Supremes after the departure of Diana Ross; number ten BB, number 16 Seattle.

Aretha Franklin’s “Call Me,” a number 13 Billboard hit, will only get to number 43.
