Only four debuts this week.  The Temptations’ “Ball of Confusion” will match its number three Billboard peak and spend 17 weeks on the survey.  Clarence Carter’s “Patches” will just beat its number four BB peak, getting to number two.  Glen Campbell’s “Everything a Man Could Ever Need,” number 52 nationally, will spend three weeks on the survey, number 45 in each.

The Shango record is the one that stands out here—107 BB, 12 KJR.  We saw them once before, in April 1969, with “Day After Day,” which was also bigger in Seattle than nationally.
