“In the Ghetto”/”Any Day Now” drops off the survey from number 16.

Houston band the Clique’s version of the Tommy James song “Sugar on Sunday” was a number 22 BB hit, but here it’ll slowly rise to number four.  “Maybe the Rain Will Fall” by the Cascades, whom we haven’t seen on the survey in over three years and will not see again, will get to number 25, beating its number 61 national peak.  Bob Dylan’s “Lay Lady Lay” was a number seven hit in Billboard, but here it’ll only make it to number 27.  The other three debuts all made the top four in Billboard and will do so here as well; “Easy to Be Hard” is yet another song from Hair.
