Martha & the Vandellas’ “I’m Ready For Love” returns to the survey after a week away.

Really not a very interesting week.  Only five debuts, none of which will do significantly better here than nationally; one will do worse—Aaron Neville’s “Tell it Like it is,” a number two BB hit, will peak here next week at number 25.  Nancy Sinatra jumps from number 22 to number six.

  1. Do you think you can post the Fabulous 50 for the entire year of 1966? That appeared in the Seattle P-I sometime around the end of December 1966. KJR would play the entire Fabulous 50 for the year on New Year's Eve, in order from #50 to #1. They would play #1 just before the clock hit 12:00 midnight. I would listen to the entire five-hour show. It would bring back wonderful memories if you could publish that Fabulous 50 for the year of 1966!

    1. I'm not sure if I have it--if I can find it, I'll post it.

  2. Thanks again, Brian! I did find the 1966 list and posted it out of sequence during the February 1967 posts. I'll try to get to the 1967 list soon.
