Back-to-back “Morning” songs at number two and three, and three out of four “Gypsy” songs between number 20 and 23.

Five debuts, only one of which, Lobo’s “How Can I Tell Her,” will do comparably well here to its national performance. The others: “Clouds” by Bread leader David Gates (47BB/9KJR), Johnnie Taylor’s “I Believe in You,” his first ever appearance on the KJR survey (11/31), “Lord, Mr. Ford” by Jerry Reed (68/21), and Vicki Lawrence’s follow-up to “The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia,” “He Did With Me” (75/33).
