“Misdemeanor” by 11-year-old Foster Sylvers, the youngest member of The Sylvers, was a number 22 Billboard hit that will reach number four here at KJR. The other three debuts: “Say, Has Anybody Seen My Sweet Gypsy Rose” by Dawn (3BB/3KJR); War’s “Gypsy Man” (8/10); and Jeanne Pruett’s “Satin Sheets,” a number one country hit (28/20).
