Sweet--Co-Co

Only three debuts this week. “Superstar” by the Carpenters, number two for two weeks in Billboard, will stop at number four here, though it will spend 18 weeks on the survey. “Take Me Girl, I’m Ready” by Junior Walker & the All-Stars, a number 50 national hit, will go to number 45 next week and then drop off. The first US chart hit by the Sweet, “Co-Co,” which just barely made the Hot 100 at number 99, will get up to number 19 here.
