Osmonds--Goin' Home

After six weeks at number one, “Tie a Yellow Ribbon” finally falls to number five.

“Behind Closed Doors,” Charlie Rich’s big breakthrough hit after years in the music business, was a number 15 hit on the Hot 100 (and number one on the country chart) but will reach number three here. The Osmonds’ “Goin’ Home” will best its number 36 national peak and get to number 23. The other three debuts will do about the same here as nationally.
